Day 1: All day arrivals and welcome dinner
Day 2-6: morning yoga, climbing, evening yoga. Includes 3 meals per day.

Level of experience required:
We welcome participants of all levels, from basic to expert
While rock-climbing is a specialised sport, we modify the training to all levels of experience.
Whether you are an absolute beginner looking to have a taste of the sport, a gym goer looking for outdoor experience or an experienced climber after technique and mental strength growth, we got you covered.
Our team of professional qualified guides will organise the group to make sure each participant makes the most out of the retreat based on their individual skills and goals. The number of guides, itinerary and programme will be adapted to the specific group needs, which will be assessed through the questionnaire participants will fill in upon enrollment. We will conduct workshops throughout the retreat as required to ensure participants are acquiring new skills based on their starting point.
No experience required
We welcome participants of all levels, from zero to expert
You do not need to have prior experience in yoga or meditation. Our professional qualified teachers will adapt the practice based on the needs of each participant.

Meet the instructors
Carlos Vidal, climbing guide & coach
Carlos Vidal is a qualified climbing and canyoning guide, registered with the AEGM. Carlos graduated in Teaching in the field of Physical Education and Sports and has devoted himself to outdoor sports for almost 20 years.
Carlos has practised all sorts of sports since he was a child, but climbing is his true passion. Born in Mallorca, Carlos especially enjoys deep water soloing, but he confesses his love for all climbing forms: sport climbing, trad, bouldering, multipitch routes…
Carlos passion for climbing has taken him around the world, from the world-class local crags of Catalonia to exotic locations like Tajikistan or China.
Having a Teaching degree, Carlos is passionate about seeing people learning and grow. Carlos has designed a coaching program to ensure all participants see progress in their climbing throughout the retreat.
Jenifer Linares, yoga instructor
Jenifer Linares is the co-founder of Oasis Climbing Club and a qualified yoga instructor, registered with Yoga Alliance USA.
After having practised a variety of yoga styles for several years in different countries, Jenifer decided to travel to India to learn the true essence of yoga philosophy.
A climber as well, Jenifer understands the importance of tailoring the yoga practice to the specific needs of climbing. Jenifer has a special interest in the science of unleashing the mind’s true potential through meditation and other techniques.
Jenifer has designed a retreat program that combines yoga, meditation, breathing techniques and visualisation to help participants achieve a pleasant and successful experience on the wall.
Our retreat chef
Laura Pérez is a chef specialised in healthy & macrobiotic cooking and diet-therapy. Amongst others, Laura developed her skills as a gourmet healthy chef in the prestigious kitchens of Sha Wellness Clinic (Spain) & the vegetarian restaurant Vanilla Black (London), featured in the Michelin Guide.
Using top-quality organic local ingredients, Laura is passionate about creating delicious and colourful wholesome menus that contribute to people’s health and well-being.
When not cooking our delicious retreat meals, Laura is delivering workshops and writing articles on conscious cooking & healthy lifestyle.
Laura has designed a retreat menu based on fresh local produce and organic ingredients. The menu is mainly plant-based, but also includes eggs, fish and occasionally cheese to cater for the body needs during a period of intense activity. Laura uses zero-processed foods or refined sugars: expect lots of creative healthy yummy meals and home-made snacks.
All our activities are conducted in English. Our friendly staff and instructors speak Spanish as well.
Children under 18 years old are welcome, but they need to be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
